Grey Rock Landscape and Construction is a design-build landscape and construction company based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We focus on transforming landscapes into practical, sustainable spaces. Colorado is known for beautiful, natural outdoors spaces. We're here to make your yard, office or property a place you can escape to, just like the great natural landscapes that surround our communities.
Our team is made up of passionate, hardworking, quality-focused individuals that love going to work every day. Our goal? Make the construction process simple and transparent, while providing you with an outdoor living space you love.

OUR TEAM
DAKOTA COLLINS // FOUNDER
Dakota set out on a mission to follow his passion for the built environment, construction and entrepreneurship. Dakota enjoys spending his time in the great outdoors with his family, friends and two dogs. Fly fishing, slacklining, mountain biking are at the core of his purpose.
After graduating from CSU with a B.S. in Construction Management, and spending time in the seat as a General Contractor, Dakota fell in love with Landscaping and Earth Work. He is passionate about making Grey Rock a place where people love to go to work. Most importantly he loves creating genuine relationships with people in the local community of Northern Colorado.

Thomas brings years of operations and logistics management to the Grey Rock Team. With over 10 years as a Director of Operations under his belt, he loves the process of bringing all the people and details together to create an efficient operation.

When Thomas isn't bringing the details of a landscape together, find him catching up on the latest sports game, playing one of his many guitars, or spending time in his backyard.
THOMAS SCHOFIELD // PROJECT MANAGER
Beckett is an expert at leading crews and getting work installed efficiently. With years of concrete construction experience, Beckett brings his craftsmanship and attention to detail to the hardscape world. His time in the concrete world working on backyard installations makes him an invaluable asset to the team.

When he's not on the job, you can find Beckett working or riding his bike through the foothills of Colorado.
